We started celebrating PAX Mass in 2020 as the pandemic began, as a way to stay connected. They have become an important part of our community — thank you for being part of these quarterly gatherings to pray together.
We’re happy to announce that the celebrant for the September 17 PAX Mass is Bishop Felipe Pulido, auxiliary bishop in the Diocese of San Diego.
Born and raised in Mexico, Bishop Pulido moved to the US with his family when he was 18 years old. He was ordained in the Diocese of Yakima in 2002, and was appointed auxiliary bishop of San Diego in 2023.
