  2. What a brilliant and thoughtful analysis. I add my thanks as well. For many of us who came of age in the 1970s, the Civil Rights Movement, with its crown jewel, the 1965 Voting Rights Act, was mother’s milk. The responsibility to participate and vote was a sacred duty. Thank you, again!
