  • 9am-12pm: Meeting of Pax Christi USA’s state and regional chapter leaders/representatives (continued from Thursday)
  • 10am: Arrival and set-up for Vendors and Exhibitors (set-up complete by 1pm)
  • 10-11:30am: Pax Christi USA National Council meeting
  • 3pm: Conference Registration Table Opens 
  • 4pm: Hotel check-in
  • 4-5pm: Orientation and PCUSA 101 Session for Young Adults and First-time Conference Attendees

(Dinner is on your own)

  • 6:30pm: Friday plenary room opens
  • 7pm: Opening Prayer/Blessing
  • 7:30pm: Welcoming remarks 
  • 7:50pm: Opening Keynote and Conversation with Archbishop John C. Wester
  • 9:15pm: Closing/Wrap up & Announcements

Saturday (8/6)

  • 8-9am: Breakfast 
  • 8:45am-5pm: Little Friends for Peace Camp for children ages 4-12 (meals included for staff and children)
  • 9am: Gathering Prayer
  • 9:15-10:15am: Intergenerational Plenary Discussion, featuring: Bishop Tom Gumbleton (travel permitting); Sr. Mary Lou Kownacki, OSB (travel permitting); Marie Dennis; Shannen Dee Williams; Sr. Annie Killian OP; and Melissa Cedillo (with others to be announced)
  • 10:15-10:30am: Small Group Sharing 
  • 10:30-11:15am: Break
  • 11:15am-12:30pm: Workshops (workshop schedule to be announced shortly)
  • 12:30-2pm: Lunch (book-signing)
  • 2-3:30pm: Workshops 
  • 3:45-4:15pm: Centering Prayer led by Contemplative Outreach 
  • 4:15-5pm: Small Group Sharing

  • 9-10am: Morning plenary – 2022 Teacher of Peace Award recipient
  • 10am: Break to set up for liturgy (last opportunity to visit exhibitors)
  • 10:30am: Closing Liturgy with Bishop John Stowe, OFM Conv. Commissioning of our new Ambassadors of Peace will take place at the end of the Mass
  • 11:45am: Closing remarks and conference end

Monday (8/8)

  • Morning: Join the Dorothy Day Catholic Worker for their weekly prayer and action at the Pentagon
