Join us TONIGHT for a short Lenten prayer service with the Pax Christi USA community

All friends, partners and members of the Pax Christi USA family are invited to join us for tonight, Monday, February 22nd, for our first Pax Christi USA Community Weekly Lenten Prayer Service, from 8:30-9pm ET. Join with members of the Pax Christi USA family from around the nation for a short prayer service with short readings from our Lenten reflection booklet, Scripture readings, prayers of the faithful, and more. Our prayer service tonight will be dedicated to Sr. Dianna Ortiz, OSU, our Deputy Director and 2000 Pax Christi USA Teacher of Peace who passed away on Friday.

Each prayer service will be less than 30 minutes and serves as one way to help us all feel more connected during this time of pandemic isolation and social distancing, as well as to help us focus on our own participation in being the peace of Christ in a world shattered by violence, suffering and greed. We’re especially grateful to have Suzanne and Brayton Shanley of the Agape Community in Massachusetts. They’ll be sharing a short reflection with us from this year’s reflection booklet.
