On 24 June 2012, the Co-Presidents of Pax Christi International addressed a letter to the European Union concerning the role of the negotiations partners and Iran on nuclear issues.
Pax Christi International welcomes the resumption of talks between Iran and China, France, Germany, Russia, the US and the UK and encourages on-going diplomatic efforts to resolve outstanding questions about Iran’s nuclear programmes.
Furthermore, Pax Christi International firmly rejects the possibility of military action and calls for a process of normalization of relations with Iran.
