We wanted to share with you that Pilar Ortiz, father to Sr. Dianna Ortiz, OSU, Pax Christi USA Deputy Director, passed on this past Friday, April 1, 2011. The funeral is taking place tomorrow morning, April 6, at San Jose Catholic Church in San Jose, New Mexico. We ask you to keep Sr. Dianna and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Many of us on staff got to hear stories from Di about her dad, and we know of the love, strength and courage he possessed, and the rock which he has been for Sr. Dianna.
