Pax Christi USA, located in Washington, DC has an opening for an Associate Director of Development. In this capacity the individual writes proposals and prepares grant applications based on established timelines; coordinates development mailings, renewals, appeals and special appeals to major donors; identifies and develops strategies for new or potential sources of funding (including on-line fundraising). The candidate should have familiarity in working with Catholic institutions in the area of development and fundraising; possess strong organizational, interpersonal, writing and communications skills. The successful candidate will be working collaboratively in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural environment. Experience with Raiser’s Edge, MS Office and QuickBooks is desirable.
